截至3月25日，位于廣東省陽江市沙扒鎮(zhèn)的海上風電場今年已累計安全生產清潔電能10億千瓦時，可替代標準煤30.76萬噸，減少二氧化碳排放84萬噸，相當于種植3309公頃闊葉林。

An offshore wind farm in the coastal area of Shapa town, South China's Guangdong province, had generated one billion kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity by March 25 this year. The amount of electricity generated can replace 307,600 tonnes of standard coal and reduce 840,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions, equivalent to growing 3,309 hectares of broad-leaved forest.

【知識點】

海上風電建設環(huán)境復雜、投資規(guī)模大、技術要求高，已成為全球電力科技競爭的新高地。我國海上風能資源豐富、開發(fā)潛力巨大。據了解，我國5—50米水深、70米高度的海上風電，預計可開發(fā)資源達到5億千瓦。

近年來，作為中國可再生能源的重點領域，海上風電快速發(fā)展。截至2021年底，我國海上風電裝機已達2639萬千瓦、占全球總量的54%，規(guī)模躍居世界第一。而在2021年全球新增的13.4吉瓦海上風電裝機容量中，中國貢獻了四分之三強，約10.8吉瓦。與此同時，我國已形成具有全球競爭力的海上風電產業(yè)鏈。目前，我國已建成24個海上風電產業(yè)園，正在加強核心部件攻關與創(chuàng)新，已具備大兆瓦級風電整機、關鍵核心大部件自主研發(fā)制造能力，國內風電裝機90%以上采用國產風機。

2021年12月25日全容量并網的三峽陽江沙扒海上風電場，總裝機容量200萬千瓦，是國內首個百萬千瓦級海上風電場，每年可為粵港澳大灣區(qū)提供約56億千瓦時的清潔電能。它創(chuàng)下國內單體容量最大的海上升壓站、國內同等容量下重量最輕的海上升壓站等多個“全國之最”和全球首臺抗臺風型漂浮式海上風電機組的“世界之最”，為探索更適合中國海況的海上風電建設施工技術方案積累了寶貴經驗。

【重要講話】

中國已建成全球規(guī)模最大的碳市場和清潔發(fā)電體系，可再生能源裝機容量超10億千瓦，1億千瓦大型風電光伏基地已有序開工建設。實現(xiàn)碳達峰碳中和，不可能畢其功于一役。中國將破立并舉、穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打，在推進新能源可靠替代過程中逐步有序減少傳統(tǒng)能源，確保經濟社會平穩(wěn)發(fā)展。

China now has the world's biggest carbon market and biggest clean power generation system: the installed capacity of renewable energy has exceeded one billion kilowatts, and the construction of wind and photovoltaic power stations with a total installed capacity of 100 million kilowatts is well under way. Carbon peak and carbon neutrality cannot be realized overnight. Through solid and steady steps, China will pursue an orderly phase-down of traditional energy in the course of finding reliable substitution in new energy. This approach, which combines phasing out the old and bringing in the new, will ensure steady economic and social development.
